Executive Coaching

Dr. Cherbosque’s executive coaching identifies the tools needed to effect professional development. These tools include the articulation of opportunities, choices, priorities, and goals. As part of this process, Dr. Cherbosque assesses your unique strengths and challenges, identifying the skills and actions you will need to achieve your desired goals in the workplace.

In addition to assisting you in your efforts to crystalize a concrete plan, he helps you recognize behaviors that may limit your professional growth. Dr. Cherbosque’s experience as a psychotherapist makes him particularly adept at illuminating self-sabotaging behaviors. He can help you pinpoint exactly what you are willing to do to get where you want to be -- to claim “ownership” of your stated goals.

His goal through the coaching process is to empower clients to claim the growth they seek, to move from a perspective of “Thank God it’s Friday” to “Thank God I’m Here!”
